This option DOES NOT INCLUDE HATS OR EMBROIDERY FILES! This option includes:

  • sewing pattern to make ~8" tall chonky chicken plush
  • written instructions featuring over 30 pages of details and photos
  • helpful links to other relevant plush making tutorials (not specifically made for this pattern, but related to certain aspects)

 

Option 2: A chonky chicken with embroidery files!

This option DOES NOT INCLUDE HATS! This option includes:

  • sewing pattern to make ~8" tall chonky chicken plush
  • written instructions featuring over 40 pages of details and photos
  • helpful links to other relevant plush making tutorials (not specifically made for this pattern, but related to certain aspects)
  • embroidery files! Included embroidery files are: dst, exp, jef, pec, pes, vp3, xxx - let me know if you need a different format, I should be able to make it for you! Files are 4"x4" size unless specified otherwise. The embroidery files included are: 
    • Embroidered eyes
      • 4x4 file (No basting box; seam allowance cropped)
      • 5x7 file (No basting box; seam allowance cropped)
      • 8x10 file (1 side only)
    • In-the-hoop (ITH) files for:

ADDITIONAL INFO ON THE PLUSH:

  • Plush is ~8" tall
  • Body of the plush can be made with any plush fabric like luxe cuddle minky, smooth minky, mochi minky, or fleece
  • Details like feet and beak should be made from mochi minky, fleece, or smooth minky (luxe cuddle minky not recommended)
  • Tomato, carrot, and corn husks should be made from minky, mochi minky, or fleece
  • Soft cotton recommended for the chef's hat
  • Corn-texture fabric recommended for the corn hat (link to a source provided in instructions)
  • Beak, wattle, and feet are hand sewn on
  • Safety or embroidered eye options

 

PATTERN RULES:

  • You may sell plush made with the pattern, but you cannot get them mass produced
  • Please credit me as makeshiftwings in any social media or sales listings
  • Do not redistribute or resell the pattern, INCLUDING SMALL OR HEAVY MODIFICATIONS OF THE PATTERN, or claim it as your own
